Turnaround Management |
Turnaround Management is applicable when a client organisation is forced to implement far-reaching changes in its strategy and therefore also in its organisation. Here, an interim manager makes the difference by implementing the necessary changes with the necessary distance and professional objectivity. Contrary to the permanent manager who in times of change is confronted with a lack of acceptance, the change manager creates consensus about the necessity of a new strategy on the basis of urgency and ambition and thus removes the obstacles for organisational changes. The role of change manager can, without a change of person, originate from the role of S&BD manager who changes capacity almost invisibly during the implementation of the strategy and organisational changes. |
