Executive Interim Management

As Executive Interim Manager, we temporarily assume responsibility for the executive duties and responsibilities of the client organisation delegated to us. This temporary form of executive board is deployed in situations where the client organisation wants to bridge the period up to the appointment of a permanent Executive Manager with an ad interim Executive Manager in order to guarantee the continuity of the organisation.
